Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack your Thermapen device in its original box, including all manuals and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for your records.
